He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Maneely and Anita Maneely (O'Leary); his siblings, James Maneely, Kathleen Dumas and Maryann Griffin; and his siblings-in-law, James Walsh and Jody Maneely.
He is survived by: his son Howard Jeffrey; his wife Patricia; his children, Jeff Maneely (Linda) of Malone, NY and Mary Johnson (Joseph) of Malone, NY; his grandchildren, Matthew Johnson (Courtney) of Malone, NY, Mitchell Johnson (Kathy) of Owls Head, NY, Chad Johnson (Tori LaCombe) of Malone, NY, Danielle King (John) of Burke, NY and Ryan Maneely (Kayla) of Moira, NY.; his siblings, Betty Walsh of Watertown, NY, Alice Tatro of Scotia, NY, Danny Maneely (Sheila) of Malone, NY, Robert Maneely (Judy) of Vermont and Michael Maneely of Malone, NY; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Dumas of Malone, NY and Garth Griffin of Brushton, NY. He is also survived by his seven great-grandchildren.
