He was predeceased by: his father Albert Halley; his wife Alice Halley; his daughter Jill Halley; and his siblings, Charles Halley, Eleanor Halley and Ruth Sansone.
He is survived by: his children, Gordon (Denise Halley), Jon Halley of Malone, Peter (Colette Halley), Linda (Jonathan Wool) and Barbara (Robert LaVoie); and his sister Rita Stone of Malone, NY. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great- grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
