He was predeceased by: his mother Florence Zysinski Fischer; and his brothers, Charles Ruvola and George Fischer. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Gonyea; his children, Mykel (Ann Ruvola), Adam Star (Lisa Ruvola) and Gillian Ferguson; his son-in-law Dan Sprague of Pepperell, MA; and his sister Florence Ostermann of Berkley, CA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Donations may be made in his memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
