He is survived by: his children, William Edmond Chase (Kimberly), Allan John Chase (Jane), Terri Anne Chase (Ann), Kimberly Chase Falsey and Tammy Louise Roman (James); his grandchildren, Lisa Chance, William Gebhart, Theodore, Nicholas Chase, Allan, Danielle Chase, Chelsea, Trevor Falsey, Makensie and Brianne Roman; and his siblings, Caleb Donald Chase, Neil Frederick Chase and Anne-Marie Friello. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
