He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Tremblay and Joan Tremblay (Avery). He is survived by: his wife Orsielyn Tremblay; his daughter Noreen Bautista Tremblay; his siblings, Kirk (Diane Tremblay), Timmy (Kellie Tremblay), Deborah Tremblay (Jay Rodgers) of Keizer, OR and Bonnie Tremblay (Frank Lupton) of Arvado, CO; and his nieces and nephews, Danny, Corey, Krissy, Lucas, Justin Tremblay and Dawn Fitchen.
Memorial contributions can be made to The Hope Lodge in Burlington, VT — which helps cancer patients and their families, many of whom are from Upstate NY.
