He was predeceased by:, Bess McKee Hanna and Charlie Too. He is survived by: his significant other Charlie IV; his aunt Jane McKee Drake of Malone; and also, McCarrick Drake of Malone, Charles "Archie" McKee of Malone and Andrew McKee of Malone.

Donations in his memory may be made to Holy Family School and the Malone Village Police Department.
