She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Payne Sr.; her daughter Doreen Wyatt; her parents, Allen Marlow and Gertrude Marlow (Bissonette); and her siblings, Lydia Blair, Harriet Dufrane, Nellie Duquette, Josephine Dufrane, Theresa Wells, Margaret Abare, Gilbert Marlow, George Marlowe, Ronald Marlowe, Edward Marlowe and David Marlowe.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Payne Jr. (Lynn), Bill Payne, Linda Mitchell, Sheila Boyea, Sharon Earle (Patrick) and Cathy Clark (Gary); her siblings, Elizabeth Savage (James), Gordon Marlowe (Gerry) and Earl Marlowe (Glenda); and her son-in-law Donald Payne. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
