It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alan Emile Bourg of Malone, New York, born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, who passed away on September 2, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother John Bourg; and his parents, George James and Ruth Arda Borde Bourg. He is survived by: his wife Lesley Bourg; his sons, Caleb Bourg (Toni) and Jacob Bourg (Tedi) of Malone; the mother of his children Dinah Manley; his grandchildren, Charlie Rose and Chase; and his siblings, Laura Bourg of Lafayette, LA and Henry Bourg (Carol Ann) of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Helen's Church (755 Lafayette Rd., Malone, New York 12953).
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to The American Cancer Society or Hospice of the North Country.
