He is survived by: his stepmother Arlene Bishop; his siblings, Andrea Trzaska, Danielle Slade, Allison Murphy, Sarah Cates and Jared Cates; and his grandparents, Karen Bishop, Jim Bishop, Michael Cates and Ruth Cates.
