He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Avery and Marion Avery; the mother of his children Lisa; his children, Brielle and Caleb; and his great grandchildren, Marissa, Moses and Shayla.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Avery (Mullins); and his children, Tacey (Victor Clark), Candice (Drew Hoisington), Christopher Avery, Scott (Kim Avery), Darrin, Debra Avery (Taylor), Marian Avery (Chris Glazier), Todd (Denielle Avery) and Maxwell (Spencer).
