He is survived by: his son Roderic Carr Lathion (Wendy); his wife Marcena Lathion; his daughter Tracy Lathion-Houck; his sisters, Wilma Vaughn, Barbara Williams, Patricia Thomas, Gloria Evans and Josephine Hooks; his sisters-in-law, Yvonne Lathion and Gertrude Paige; his grandchildren, Easton Lathion and Indya Lathion; and his great grandchild Kamren Lyric Lathion-Lujan A. He is also survived by nieces and nephews A multitude of friends.
