He was predeceased by: his siblings, Gilbert Dunkin, John Dunkin, Elmina Raker and Elizabeth Head; and his parents, Gilbert S. Dunkin and Elizabeth E. Dunkin.
He is survived by: his wife Verna Elizabeth Dunkin; and his children, David C. Dunkin (Linda) of Lynden, WA, Jonathan R. Dunkin (Marcia) of Elyria, Elisabeth DeJong (Arnold) of No Ridgeville and MaryLou Hoffman (Bill) of Edmond, OK. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren.
