He was predeceased by: his parents, William Collingwood (Buzz) and Maureen Collingwood. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Gwynny, Nicole Humphrey (Nicholas), Ashley Collingwood and Kiefer Collingwood (Sara Chobat); his grandchildren, Bethany, Brienna, Julianna, Natalie, Paige, Gavin, Cruz and Lyrik; and his siblings, Colleen Musa (Mark) and Travis Collingwood (Renee). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
