He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Frumkin and Lillian Frumkin (Cohen); his spouse Jean Anne Phillips; his children, Jeffrey (Shari Lynn Barkin) and Karen Engelke (Thomas) of Westport, CT; his brother Kenneth (Bernardine) of Horsham, PA; his grandchildren, Ben, Cora, Liam, Noah and Eric; and his brother Abraham.
