He was predeceased by: his father Stanley Madeya. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Madeya (Antol); his brother Raymond Madeya; his sister-in-law Ellen Madeya; his niece Meredith Sorrells (Donnie Sorrells); his great-niece Sabrina Sorrells; and his great-nephew Ian Sorrells. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and cherished friends.
