He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Williams and Joyce Williams (Curley); his siblings, Edward "Skippy" Williams and Sandy Allen; and his nephew Randy Williams Jr..
He is survived by: his sister Judy Tucker; his brother-in-law Paul Tucker; his brother Randy Williams; his sisters-in-law, Robin Williams and Mary Williams; his cousin Brenda Ingersoll; his nieces, Lori Dinges, Marianna Poling, Cora Paulson and Kathryn Swanson; and his nephew Kurt Stallings.
