He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anacleto Roman and Delores Roman (Diaz); his wife Lucy Romano; his daughters, Iris Rodriguez and Laura DeRosa Bruce; his godson Wilberto Saez (Mary); his siblings, Lydia Nalvaez and Wilfredo Ramon Diaz; his stepsister Iris Roamn Gascot; his nieces, Evelyn Marrero Guardiola, Aileen Gallagher and Aimee Gallagher; and his nephew Wilfredo Roman Rodriguez. He was also cherished by grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
