It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madeline Jackel of Mahopac, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on September 13, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Barbato and Frances Barbato (Capizzi). She is survived by: her children, Lisa Jackel (James Wacker), Michael Jackel, Michele DeCola (Richard) and Meredith Rapisarda (Darin); and her grandchildren, Alexis, Gionna, Jillian, Niko, Summer, Sierra, Madison, Jax and Brody.
In lieu of flowers pleas consider a donation in memory of Madeline to the American Cancer Society – Relay for Life – Mahopac.
