It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph A. Scanlan Jr. of Mahopac, New York, born in White Plains, New York, who passed away on June 1, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Scanlan and Mary Scanlan; his wife Teresa Arenales; his daughter Jessica Scanlan-Coffey (Patrick) of Warrenton, VA; and his grandchildren, Aidan, Liam, Kellan and Rowan.
