Kempter (Mahopac, New York), born in White Plains, New York, who passed away on March 2, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Edward Kempter; and his brother Steven. He is survived by: his mother Indamora Kempter (Murphy); his close friend Dawn Smith; and his brothers, Gary and Robert. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
