He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Catherine Taggart (Merritt) and Robert F. Taggart; his brother Robert Taggart; his sister-in-law Joann Taggart; his sister Carol Granese; and his brother-in-law Victor Granese. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
