She was predeceased by: her parents, Spiros Gerakas and Christine Gerakas (Sarabales); her grandson Matthew; her brother Andrew; her daughter-in-law Victoria; and her niece Laura.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her children, Kevin O'Brien, Victor O'Brien (Debi), Gregory O'Brien and Thomas O'Brien (Nichole); her grandchildren, Patrick, Natalie, Eleanor and Luke; and her caregiver Stephanie Barefoot.
Memorial donations can be made in Constance's name to the Ladies Philoptochos Society through Assumption Greek Orthodox Church.
