He was predeceased by: his brother George Cortina. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Belfiore; his daughters, Mary Cortina and Diane DeBellis; his son-in-law Larry; his grandsons, Larry DeBellis and Michael DeBellis; and his siblings, Pietrina Cortina and Mario Cortina.

Donations, in lieu of flowers, can be made in memory of Anthony to the American Heart Association.
