He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Spadafino and Grace M. Spadafino (Spano); and his siblings, Joseph of Mahopac and Ann Reda of Cumming, GA.. He is survived by: his children, Frank Spadafino (Amy) of Armonk, NY and MaryAnn DeGeorges (Vincent) of Armonk, NY; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Peter, Mia Spadafino, Katie and Elizabeth DeGeorges; his sister Marie; and his brother-in-law Ken Bove of Mahopac, NY. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and friends.
