He is survived by: his parents, Garry A. Wells and Joyce C. Wells of Madrid, N. Y.; his son Mathew Wells of Waddington, N. Y.; his siblings, Scott Wells (Ann) of Lisbon, N. Y. and Vicki Perrine (Jeffrey) of Madrid, N. Y.; his nieces, Britney Wells, Cierra Spearance (Wells) and Chelsea Hough (Perrine); and his nephew Brandon Perrine.
