She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Villnave and Rose Villnave (Mossow); her husband Judson Parmeter; her grandchildren, Scott Rafter and Melinda Parmeter; her son-in-law Terry Rafter; and her siblings, Francis Villnave, Gary Villnave, Shirley McGregor, Patricia Ryan and Eileen Murray.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Rafter of Madrid, Edward (Darlene), Bonnie (Glenn Taylor), Timothy Parmeter of Waddington and Shelly (Greg Murray); and her brother Harold "Junior" Villnave of Raymondville. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may consider memorial contributions to be made to the United Church of Madrid or the Waddington Rescue Squad.
