She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Buyea and Bessie Buyea (Cole); her husband Stanley R. Bassett (Dick); her siblings, Jean, Robert and Curtis; and her grandson Bradley.
She is survived by: her daughter Linnette; her son-in-law Leon Jr. Metz (Bummer); her children, Shannon Wiley (Michael Godfrey) and Lance of Oriskany Falls; her daughter-in-law Leslie Bassett of Oriskany Falls; her grandchildren, Sarah (Stephen), Brett (Jennah), Kaylee, Heather (Geoff), Shawn (Haley), Dalton (Kristen), Reno (Sheyanne) and Kelly (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Jasmyne, Darin, Jaxon, Blake, Brock, Brayden, Liam, Logan, Everly, Paisley and Kinsley; and her sisters, Donna and Sherilyn. She is also survived by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-laws, as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
