He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Neff and Ethel Holmes Neff; his daughter Pamela; and his siblings, Estella, Ralph and Lucian.
He is survived by: his wife Viola Wood; his son Kevin; his daughter-in-law Darlene Neff of Madison; and his grandson Lucas Neff of Madison. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many close friends.
