He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry S. Peckham and Lula Mae Buckley Peckham; his children, Robert Peckham Jr. (K. Peckham) and Susan Peckham; his granddaughter Sarah Peckham; and his siblings, Augusta Peckham, Grant Peckham, Ronald Peckham, Charles Peckham, Roger "Pete" Peckham, Effa DePuy, Ida Williams, Anna Jean Hughes, Dorothy Hayduke and Jack Peckham.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Stowell; his daughter Claudia Abrams (Leslie Thornton) of Oneida; his stepchildren, Gretchen Crandall of Daytona, FL, Lisa Beacraft of Little Falls, Kim Shaut (Robert) of St. Johnsville and Charles Colella of Unadilla; and his nephew Bob. He is also survived by five grandchildren and many great and great- great grandchildren.
