He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Wiley and Geraldine Wiley; his wife Nadine M. Kemp; his daughter Barbara Jean; his siblings, Mary Griffin, Marion Hoffmeister, James Wiley, Gene Wiley and Frances "Buddy" Wiley; and his siblings-in-law, Arlene Clark, Clifton McLain and Henry Lewis.
He is survived by: his sons, John Wiley (Sherri Fidler Rose) and Mike Wiley; his siblings-in-law, Norma McLain, Gloria Lewis, Don and Lois Kemp; his grandchildren, Nathan Wiley, Jessica Carroll (Jeremy), Shawn Wiley (Haley) and Danielle Wiley; and his great grandchildren, Kaiden Wiley, Logan Carroll, Olivia Carroll and Paisley Wiley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
