She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Kemp and Irene Lollman Kemp; her daughter Barbara Jean; her sister Arlene Clark; and her brothers-in-law, Clifton McLain and Henry Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Richard L. Wiley; her sons, John Wiley (Sherri Fidler Rose) and Mike Wiley; her siblings, Norma McLain, Gloria Lewis and Don; her sister-in-law Lois Kemp; her grandchildren, Nathan Wiley, Jessica Carroll Shawn (Jeremy), Haley and Danielle Wiley; and her great grandchildren, Kaiden Wiley, Logan Carroll, Olivia Carroll and Paisley Wiley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
