She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Turner and Marion Turner (Dyselin); her husband Donald F. Cook; her son-in-law Jerry Fischer; and her brother-in-law Robert Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Eileen Kelly (Perry) of North Syracuse, Donald Cook, Jr. (Susan) of Syracuse, Debbie A. Fischer of Madison County, Cindy Menzer of Syracuse and Robin Fox (Jon) of Texas. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
