He is survived by: his parents, Donato Rafte and Marietta DeLuca Rafte; his spouse Marion Freeman Oct; his stepchildren, James Rafte (Kathy) of Syracuse, Donato Rafte (Brenda) of Chittenango, John Rafte (Joyce) of Webster, Leslie White (Jim) of Fairport, Warren Jacobs (Mariah) of Oneida, Adam Jacobs (Tracy) of Tempe, Ariz., Reid Jacobs and Soozy Churchill of Baltimore; his grandchildren, James III, Kristina, Donato Jr., Joshua, Danielle, Katelyn, Benjamin, Marion, Abigail, Leah, Genevieve and Alexander; and his great grandchildren, Steven, Olin, Gavin, Leah and Harris.
