She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Alexander; her sister Beth Campbell; her nephew Edward Gaffney; and also, Arthur Gaffney (Marion), Jack Gaffney (Ruth), Justin Gaffney (Kay), Charles Gaffney and Margaret Van Waes.

She is survived by: her parent Grace Wainwright Alexander; her spouse Thomas P. Gaffney; her grandchildren, Ernest Miller (Kim), Sheri Bailey, Tom Gaffney (Melissa), Michelle Howell (Garrett), Candace Gaffney, Joe Menard (Emily), Conor Gaffney (Maureen), Ian Gaffney (Samantha Abrams), Rowan Gaffney (Miranda), Devon Gaffney, Ryan McQueen (Erin) and Pierre LaBarge; her wife Charles Alexander; and also, Margaret Alexander of Canton, Ilene Gaffney, Cobleskill Waes and Donald Van Waes. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
