He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton E. Dunham and Virginia Dunham of Maine. He is survived by: his wife Sally Lee Davis; his children, Tracy McLain, Carla of Maine and Dennis McLain; and his siblings, Michael of Maine, Cathy, Sandy and Fay. He is also survived by his grandchildren; nieces, nephews and close friends.
