He was predeceased by: his father Charles "Butch" Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Charles "Butch", Shawna Straight (Howard) of Georgetown and Summer Johnson of Sherburne; his mother Helen Johnson of Sherburne; his grandchildren, Chase, Addison and Troy; his close friend Deana Johnson; and his daughter Kimberly Johnson of Sherburne. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and close friends.
