He was predeceased by: his sister Ida; his brother-in-law Fred Blunt; his nephew Terry Blunt; and his great grandchild Kaylyn. He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Biedermann; his children, Kevin (Michelle), Kristin (Myron) and Kris (Cindy); his sister-in-law Jo Blunt; his nephew Patrick; and his niece Kim. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and their spouses/significant others and 11 great-grandchildren.
To remember Bert and in lieu of flowers the family is establishing a scholarship at Madison Central School to be awarded to a deserving, graduating senior planning a career in conservation or environmental studies.
