He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Oakes Sr. and Dorabell Tingue of Franklinville. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Oakes; his children, Greg Oakes (Kelly) and Wendy Pleace (Matthew); his grandchildren, Cody Egner, Cortney Egner, Michael Oakes, Tyler Oakes and Sara Pleace; and his great grandchildren, Kayson Oakes, Memphis and Lilyana Egner.
