He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Jack" and Janet Ward (Jaquish); his sister Joni Barber; and his son-in-law Timothy Rosenthal. He is survived by: his wife Staci Ward (Winchell); his children, Chris Ward (Loretta) of Machias, Julie Rosenthal (Rich Owens) of Delevan, Travis Ward of Machias and Haley Ward of Machias; his grandchildren, Douglas, Christopher Ward, Thomas and Cooper Rosenthal; and his sister Joy Cobb of Arcade. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
