He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Dense and Clara Dense; his wife Shirley; his daughter-in-law Donna Dense; and his siblings, Rosemary and Jerry.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian Dense (Lisa Kisil-Dense) and Kevin "Sonny" Dense; his grandchildren, Alexandra Dense (Andrew Poston) and Justin Dense; and his siblings, Leon Dense (Emily), Laura Smith, Barry Dense (Diane) and Sidney Dense (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
