He is survived by: his wife Antonine "Lee"; his parents, Vincenzo Caternolo and Philipa Caternolo; his son Michael Jr.; his grandchildren, Michael III and Matthew; and his stepgrandchildren, Crystal Simmons (Michael), Brandy Young (Keith), Brent Roderick and David Roderick. He is also survived by many great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
