He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Hillary Frawley; his siblings, Aurel, Francis (Nancy) and Yvette DePuyt (Dave); and his siblings-in-law, Arnie Stevens and Mayola Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his children, Richard Johnson (Lynn), Kathy Cretekos (Nick), Karen, Donny and Mark Johnson; his grandchildren, Melanie Johnson, Michelle Lewis (Anthony), Matt Johnson (Heather), Stacy Williams (Andy), Eleni Gilbert (Brian), Heidi Larick (John) and Shelby Johnson; his siblings, Rita Dorofy (Walter), Doris Hapke (Robert), Nancy Ridley (Fran), Dinah Stevens, Betty Reinholtz (Robert), Robert Johnson and Gerald Johnson (Sharon); and his sisters-in-law, Doreen Westerman (John), Shirley Youngman and Jane Johnson. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
