Denniston of Macedon, New York, born in Canandaigua, New York, who passed away at the age of 85, on November 15, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Veryl Pembroke and Eleanor Pembroke; her husband James N. Denniston; her granddaughter Dannielle Myra Heald; her sister Chloe Schmidt (Robert); and her siblings-in-law, Carol Barry, Ginny Sweeney, Louise Patterson, Peggy Smith, Les Patterson, Bob Chapman and Ron Modzel.
She is survived by: her children, John Denniston (Maureen), Patrick Denniston (Joan), Joan Herendeen (Bob), Marj Frederick (Steve), Barb Heald (Kevin) and Judy Powell (Patrick); her brother Paul Pembroke (Carol); and her siblings-in-law, Sue Modzel, Lenny Bills (Andy), George Denniston (Kathy), Charlie Sweeney, Larry Smith and George Barry. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren, many extended family members and special friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Chapel of the Finger (1777 Rochester Rd, Farmington, NY 14425). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Macedon Cemetery (28 S Erie St, Macedon, NY 14502).
In lieu of flowers, gifts in Kathleen's honor may be made to the Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center made out to Rochester Regional Health Foundation, 330 Monroe Avenue, Suite 400, Rochester, NY 14607.
