He was predeceased by: his wife Helen. He is survived by: his children, Catherine Wilson (Richard), Dr. Daniel Mack (Kim), Thomas Mack (Vivian), Barbara Perkins, Mary Darcangelo (Ron) and Sharon Cooper. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
