He is survived by: his children, Haleigh and Eric; his parents, Patricia (Gary Smith) and Thomas (Carol Wetzel); and his siblings, Carly, Leslie, Andrew (Adriana Wetzel) and Oaks Lawn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
