She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Leslie Belt (Moore); her husband Jonathan Dean; her daughters, Susan Dean of Syracuse and Carolyn Evans-Dean (Ronald) of Syracuse; her siblings, Arthur Belt (Iris), Helene Belt and Linda Belt; her grandchildren, Paulette, Stephen, Kiarah and Danielle; and her daughter April Dean. She was also cherished by several great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and friends.
