He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Muilwijk and Annigje Muilwijk; his brother Symen; and his close friend Symen. He is survived by: his wife Cornelia; his children, Diane Muilwyk Clemons (Craig), Eddy Muilwyk (Jackie), Patty Bell (Rick) and Chrissy Checho (Mike Burt); his grandchildren, Melissa, Jackie, Lee Hodges, Jesse, Lauren, Gareth, Mitchell and Cassidy; his great grandchildren, Raegan, William, Jaxson, Evelyn, Addie and Emmie; and his siblings, Annie Korevaar (Arie), Corrie Boon (Arie) and Arie Muilwijk (Katrien).
