He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Chase and Rena Campfield Chase; and his siblings, Bud and Alfa. He is survived by: his wife Carol J. McCann Chase; his children, Christopher Chase of Columbus, OH, Randyl Chase (Virginia) of Columbus, OH and Lori Harrington of Oswego, NY; his stepchildren, Daniel Stephens (Andrea), Marnie Pealo (Chris) of Seneca Falls, NY and Dawn Goodman (Ricky) of Seneca Falls, NY; and his grandchildren, Randyl Shane Chase, Kyle Stephens, Amanda E. Dart, Christopher John Pealo, Jr., Brandon Chase Pealo, Jade Beth Pealo, Shawn M. Stephens and Charity Rose Stephens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Seeley B. Parish Post 457, American Legion.
