He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Farney and Rosealma Ritz Farney. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Farney (Bryan Steria) of Blossvale, Jeffrey (Katrina Smith) and Cassandra Spencer of Lyons Falls; his siblings, Bruce Farney of Carthage and Kathleen Farney of Watertown; and his wife Linda Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
