He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Hartley and Millie Liendecker Hartley; his grandson Robbie Hartley; his daughter-in-law Anne Bourgois Hartley; and his siblings, Pauline W. Lincort, Doris Sir, Leola Baldwin, Madonna Corbo and Lawrence.
He is survived by: his wife Irene H. Clark; and his children, Darrell Hartley of Boonville, Sharon Sandri (Blair) of Watson, Yvonne Virkler (Steve) of Watson and David Hartley of Lyons Falls. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
